These terms apply to your use of anupsarker.com and to the services provided by Anup Sarker (“I”, “me”). By using this website or hiring my services, you agree to them.

1. Services

I provide entity SEO and Google Knowledge Panel services: creation, claiming and verification, optimization, correction and recovery, plus related entity home websites, structured data and profile work. The exact scope of each project is set out in a written quote.

2. Quotes and payment

Each project starts with an eligibility review and a fixed quote that states the scope, timeline and payment terms. Work begins after you accept the quote and the agreed payment is received.

3. Google’s role

Knowledge Panels are created and controlled by Google. I build and strengthen the signals Google relies on, but I do not control Google’s systems, timing or decisions, including whether a panel can be claimed or edited.

4. Refund guarantee

If your Knowledge Panel is not triggered within three months of the project start, you receive a 100% refund of the fees paid for that project. The guarantee requires that you provided the information requested and did not change or remove the entity signals created during the project.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information, photos and documents you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Panels must represent a real person or organization; I do not create misleading or fake entities.

6. Website, domain and hosting

Where a project includes an entity home website, the first year of domain and hosting is included. After the first year, standard renewal fees apply if you want to keep it active.

7. Intellectual property

Content on this website belongs to Anup Sarker unless stated otherwise. Work created for your project becomes yours once paid in full.

8. Limitation of liability

Services are provided with care and professional skill. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project concerned.

9. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
